1. In March 1984, Mr.Chen Zhiqing invested RMB2000.00 and setup Huangtan Hardware & Plastic Mould Factory in Huangtan Township, Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory was entirely owned by the township(registered in the name of Huangtan Township) and was renamed as Ninghai County Huangtan Gas Appliance Factory later.
2. In October 1990, Ninghai County Huangtan Gas Appliance Factory purchased Ninghai County Xinling Xinwang Shoe-tree Plastic Factory.
3. In March 1991, Ninghai County Huangtan Gas Appliance Factory was moved to Chengguan Town, Ninghai County and renamed as Ninghai County Gas Appliance Factory which was entirely owned by the Township (registered in the name of Xinling Township).
4. In April 1993, Ninghai County Gas Appliance Factory was renamed as Ninghai County Gas Appliance Industrial Co. and changed to be privately owned.
5. In November 1993, Ninghai County Gas Appliance Industrial Co. was renamed as Ninghai County Zhiqing Valve Co.,Ltd. which was privately owned.
6. In December 1993, Ningbo Zhiqing Gas Appliance Co.,Ltd. was set up jointly to be a Sino-foreign Joint-venture company.
7. In October 1996, Ningbo Zhiqing Gas Appliance Co.,Ltd. was renamed as Ningbo Zhiqing Valve Co.,Ltd. to be a Sino-foreign Join-venture company.
8. In December 1996, Ningbo Zhiqing Group Co.,Ltd. was established with Ninghai County Zhiqing Valve Co.,Ltd. was established with Ninghai County Zhiqing Valve Co.,Ltd. as the heart to be privately owned.
9. In December 1996, it passed the approval of ISO9001 International Quality management System.
10. In 1997, Zhiqing brand valves started to be exported to Europe & Americca.
11. In 1998, Ningbo Zhiqing Group Co.,Ltd. donated RMB580000.00 to support Ninghai Middle School, one key middle school of Zhejiang Province, to build Zhiqing Teaching Building. At the same time, he established Zhiqing Gas Scholarship Fund in 7 colleges in China.
12. In 1999, Ningbo Zhiqing Group Co.,Ltd. purchased Ninghai County Pipeline Valve Factory.
13. In August 2001, Ningbo Zhiqing Group Co.,Ltd. was renamed as Ningbo Zhiqing Industrial Co.,Ltd.
14. In October 2001, Ningbo Zhiqing Industrial Co.,Ltd. purchased Lanzhou Sihuan Gas Equipment Co.,Ltd.
15. In March 2002, it passed the approval of ISO9001:2000 International Quality System.
16. On April 13, 2003, Ningbo Zhiqing Industrial Co.,Ltd. set up Shanghai Sapphire Gas Appliance Co.,Ltd. in Shanghai with Shanghai Sapphire Industrial Co.,Ltd.etc.
17. On July 1, 2003, ZHIQING Brand was appraised as Famous Brand of Ningbo City.
18. Until September 30, 2003, ZHIQING Brand has been registered in 52 countries and regions.
19. On October 14, 2003, Ningbo Zhiqing Industrial Co.Ltd. set up Ningbo Zhiqing Import & Export Co.,Ltd.
20. On December 31, 2003, ZHIQING Brand was appraised as Famous Brand of Zhejiang Province.
21. In September 2005, "Gas valve of Zhiqing brand" was appraised as famous-brand product in Zhejiang province. 22. In Jan. of 2006, the company was awarded Class II Machine Manufacturing ENterprise in Zhejiang Province and Standardized Enterprise of Safety and Quality.
