I.Ball valve
1. Brass ball valve
Notice on maintenance, installation and operation:
a. During installation, check whether the valve body is clean. Make sure it is free of dust or foreign matter;
b. During installation, moment shall not be too large. Use spanner to secure the flat surface of valve during installation or disassembly. Keep tight of valve body and joints;
c. Please use Teflon tape to seal pipe thread;
d. Ball valve shall be packed and stored in an open state;
e. Ball valve shall be put in dry place. Handle slightly to avoid stress or collision;
f. During operation or storage, ball valve shall be full open or closed.

2. Cast steel ball valve
1) Floating type
Notice on maintenance, installation and operation:
a. During installation, check whether the valve body is clean. Make sure it is free of dust or foreign matter;
Sealing surface of two flanges shall be flat and intact, free of scratch or damage;
b. After pipeline is installed and regulated, handle is allowed to be demounted (except 32 type);
c. Valve shall be packed and stored in a full open state;
d. During operation or storage, ball valve shall be full open or closed.

2) Fixed type
Notice on maintenance, installation and operation:
a. During installation, check whether the valve body is clean. Make sure it is free of dust or foreign matter;
Sealing surface of two flanges shall be flat and intact, free of scratch or damage;
b. Valve shall be packed and stored in a full open state;
c. During operation or storage, ball valve shall be full open or closed;
d. The valve shall be put in dry place. Handle slightly to avoid stress or collision;
e. The valve has a gear-screw transmission adjustable pressing and sealing set. When ball valve is closed, first twist the grip to make valve handle in the closed state "|", and the ball in the closed position. Then turn the gear shaft along the direction of "turn off" to make valve seat and ball tightly contacted and sealed. When ball valve is open, turn the gear shaft along the direction of "turn on", and loosen the valve seat to separate ball and valve seat. Then twist the grip to make valve handle in the open state "--", and ball in the open position.
